I changed the language from Russian to English in the Config file and it still plays with Russian voices... x.x
ReplyDeleteTry with second method if language still not changed then You need to download the crack which is given above because u are facing the problem of "steam_api.dll" so download the crack and paste it in your game folder then change the language from first method.
